Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Security Enterprise Solutions field service technician to install, modify, and repair complex equipment and systems at customer sites. The role requires on-site work, travel to domestic and international locations, and coordination of service activities to meet SLAs.

Strong troubleshooting, teamwork, and customer service skills are essential. Minimum 2 years in field service for electrical/electronic systems is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience directly involved in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
• Excellent communications skills with strong customer focus and teamwork.
• Must be willing and able to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Performing customer support activities involving installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
• Conducting on-site installation and testing to ensure proper working order.
• Isolating startup malfunctions and taking corrective action.
• Managing work orders in CRM systems (Salesforce, Maximo, GURU) for customers.
• Travel to various customer sites domestically and internationally as required.
