Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Office Systems Associate I for field service. The role involves on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs for KM MFPs and printers, plus installation, network troubleshooting, and customer training.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, some technical training, and 0–1 year in technical repair. Strong communication and time management are essential, with valid driver’s license and transportation required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Technical School training preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience in technical repair of business equipment.
• Certified or working towards certification of N+ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and customer call assistance on KM MFPs, printers, and non-KM printers.
• Install/de-install equipment and configure/troubleshoot networking issues on Windows/Mac OS; load drivers; clone files; transfer address books; perform firmware upgrades.
• Travel locally to customer sites and occasionally travel for training.
• Meet core productivity metrics and maintain territory inventory; train customers on basic printing/scanning functions.
• Provide sales support by advising on problems and leads as needed.
