Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of technical/repair experience.
• Certified on N+ or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with Windows OS and Mac OS client environments.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on KM MFPs and printers & non-KM printers.
• Travel locally to customer sites and manage territory workload.
• Train customers on basic printing, scanning, copying functions.
• Maintain accurate ASL truck inventory for territory.
• Provide sales support on service leads when needed.
• Complete weekly timesheets and expense reports.
• Communicate issues to management.
