Job summary
Stallion Infrastructure Services seeks a Service Technician I to execute setup, installation, and repair of electronic communication and surveillance systems for remote and field-based sites. The role provides field support for communications and networked surveillance equipment with hands-on technical skills and strong troubleshooting ability.
Responsibilities include installing and configuring systems, maintaining IP cameras and NVRs, and communicating progress to customers and project
Qualifications
- Two-year technical training or equivalent field experience required.
- 1–2 years in surveillance, communications, or related low-voltage installation work.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and repair communication systems including mobile cellular equipment, wireless networks, and satellite terminals.
- Support maintenance and repair of surveillance systems including IP cameras and NVRs.
- Configure and troubleshoot network, telephony, and satellite terminal-related systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and system checks; complete field retrofits and upgrades.
- Communicate job progress and issues to customers, project managers, and management.
- Crosstrain and collaborate with additional field operations as required.
