Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician in Ohio to service lottery retailer locations. You will install, repair, relocate and maintain equipment, while delivering training and proactive upkeep. A strong customer focus and technical troubleshooting are essential for preventing downtime.

You will travel as needed, lift equipment, and document service activity. A clean driving record and MS Office proficiency are required for day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record.
• Able to travel overnight if needed.
• Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Able to troubleshoot computer software and hardware technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned service calls at lottery retailer locations, including installs, removals, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform extensive field repair functions and move/relocate equipment with minimal supervision.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers on equipment.
• Communicate the value of services and match products to customer needs.
• Record service call information and report data/communications problems to management.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and solve issues the first time.
