Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations, performing installs, removals, maintenance and repairs of terminals and related equipment. You will deliver a positive customer experience and troubleshoot various communications hardware and software at client sites.

The role requires driving a non-CDL delivery truck, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Background check and clean driving record required.
• Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings as needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform client-site service calls including installs, removals and maintenance.
• Repair and relocate equipment at lottery retailer locations.
• Provide customer training and ensure high satisfaction.
• Document service activity and report issues to management.
• Maintain timely maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
