Job summary

Secur-Serv is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and service a variety of hardware across diverse customer sites. You will install and troubleshoot printers, cash recyclers, document finishing equipment, servers, PCs, and data communications gear.

Our technicians travel to customer locations, manage preventive maintenance, and coordinate with technical support and sales to meet client needs. A valid driver’s license and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience and/or training.
• Willing to attend training at HQ and/or external schools to stay updated.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Must be able to diagnose equipment issues and think analytically.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations in company vehicle to diagnose, repair, or replace hardware.
• Manage preventative maintenance schedule.
• Assist other territories and technicians; may require travel to other metro areas.
• Provide updates and communicate status to manager, sales, and customers.
• Maintain parts inventory per guidelines and submit paperwork timely.
