Secur-Serv is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of hardware including printers, cash recyclers, document finishing equipment, servers, PCs, and data communications equipment. You will support customers across multiple industries, traveling to sites and performing preventative maintenance as needed.

The role emphasizes problem solving, strong communication with customers, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years related experience and/or training.
• Secur-Serv provides training at the office in Omaha, NE, along with access to manuals and depot support personnel.

• Travels to customer locations via company vehicle to diagnose, repair, and/or replace computer hardware.
• Manages preventative maintenance schedule on time.
• May travel to other metropolitan areas to assist other territories.
• Takes ownership of meeting customers’ business needs.
• Coordinates activities and seeks assistance from technical support when appropriate.
• Provides updates and completion information to relevant stakeholders.
• Manages parts inventory per guidelines.
• Submits required paperwork promptly.
• May train new technicians on the job.
