Our Field Service Technicians install, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of hardware across diverse industries, traveling to customer sites as needed and supporting multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Two+ years related experience and/or training.
• Willing to attend training at headquarters and/or outside schools to keep abreast of new technology and hardware developments.
• Valid and current state Driver's License.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively under minimal supervision.
• Ability to diagnose equipment operational errors and product failures.
• Must be able to problem solve, think analytically and be attentive to detail.
• Good verbal communication skills for interaction with customers.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to diagnose and repair hardware.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedule.
• Assist other territories and technicians as needed; may travel.
• Owns meeting customers’ business needs.
• Coordinate activities and escalate to tech support when appropriate.
• Provide updates to manager, sales, technical support, call center, and customer via system or in person.
• Manage parts inventory per guidelines.
• Submit required paperwork promptly.
• Train new technicians on the job.
