Job summary

Secur-Serv is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide range of hardware across diverse industries. You will travel to customer sites, manage parts and documentation, and support multiple sectors including banking and manufacturing.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Two or more years related experience and/or training.
• Able to attend training at Headquarters to stay current with technology.
• Valid and current state Driver's License.
• Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Diagnose equipment errors, solve problems, and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Travels to customer locations via company vehicle to diagnose, repair, and/or replace computer hardware.
• Manages preventive maintenance schedule in a timely and efficient manner.
• May travel to other metropolitan areas to assist other territories.
• Takes ownership of meeting customers’ business needs.
• Provides updates and completes paperwork timely and accurately.
• May train new technicians in on-the-job settings.
