Job summary

Secur-Serv is a leading MSP of IT, print, and hardware services focusing on security across various industries. This role involves hands-on diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of hardware including printers, servers, and office equipment.

Travel to customer sites using the company vehicle, manage maintenance schedules, and support multiple territories as needed while communicating progress to managers and customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience and/or training required or preferred.
• Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travels to customer locations via company vehicle to diagnose, repair, and/or replace computer hardware.
• Manages preventative maintenance schedule in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assists other territories and technicians as needed which may include travel to other metropolitan areas.
• Provide updates, status, and completion information to managers, sales, technical support, call center, and customer.
