Job summary

NRT Technology Corp. in Kentucky is seeking a field service technician to troubleshoot and repair hardware and software in casino environments. You will perform installations, migrations, and preventive maintenance, train customers, and ensure safety and security of equipment.

Qualifications

Demonstrate quality technical, electronic repair and maintenance skills.
Must be proficient with the general Windows operating system and platforms.
Must maintain a professional attitude and work in a team environment.
Minimum 2 years IT, mechanical or electronic experience; associate degree acceptable.
Experience servicing ATM or ticket redemption products in casino environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot HW and SW failures using diagnostic tools and repair hardware at component level.
Perform preventive maintenance and refill consumables as directed.
Install, move, add, change and remove hardware and software as directed.
Instruct and train customers on usage of installed hardware and software; ensure customer satisfaction.
