Role Description This full-time, on-site Field Service Technician role is based in Bristol, VA. The Field Service Technician will install, maintain, and repair NRT payment kiosks, ATMs, and related gaming and financial technology equipment at customer locations. Responsibilities include conducting regular preventive maintenance, diagnosing hardware and software issues, replacing components, and ensuring equipment operates safely and reliably. The role involves documenting service activities, maintaining accurate logs, communicating clearly with customers and internal teams, and following company procedures and regulatory requirements. The technician will travel locally to client sites as needed, manage spare parts and tools, and support occasional after-hours or weekend service calls to minimize downtime for customers.
