Job summary

NRT Technology Corp. is seeking a Field Service Technician for our Field Services team in Missouri. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of hardware and software in casino gaming environments. You will train customers and ensure high satisfaction while coordinating with dispatch.

The position requires 2+ years in IT/tech, strong Windows skills, and the ability to read technical documentation. A valid driving record and willingness to travel may be expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT, mechanical or electronic related experience; ATM tech experience preferred.
• Effective communication with internal and external personnel, in writing and verbally.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• PC literacy and knowledge of relevant tools and methods.
• Product knowledge of ATM industry is highly desirable.
• Experience servicing NRT QuickJack or other casino-toc-related ticketing products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HW and SW failures using diagnostic tools; repair HW at component level and install SW.
• Perform preventive maintenance and refill consumables as directed.
• Handle IMAC/R: installation, movement, addition, change, and removal of hardware/software.
• Train customers on hardware and software usage; ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on concerns.
• Communicate incident details to dispatch and provide detailed debriefs.
