Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site service at lottery retail locations in Kentucky. You will install, repair, relocate equipment, provide training, and handle preventative maintenance with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You’ll troubleshoot communications within a retail location, manage service calls, document issues, and build strong customer relationships while adhering to safety and driving-record requirements.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check, drug test and have a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
• Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of troubleshooting computer software and hardware technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
• Exceptional customer satisfaction skills.
• Promptly respond to customer/leadership requests and feedback.
• Organizational and time management skills for multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Perform client-site servicing, repair, installation, and relocation of equipment.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers.
• Troubleshoot all forms of communications within a retail location.
• Record service call information and report data to management.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
