Job summary

NRT Technology Corp in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting HW and SW, and IMAC/R tasks across ATM and gaming hardware.

You will train customers, document service reports, and ensure safety while driving to sites; requires 2+ years IT/mechanical/electronic experience, and an associate degree preferred. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT, mechanical or electronics experience.
• ATM technical experience is preferred.
• Associate’s degree in technology or related field required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Incident handling: troubleshoot HW/SW with diagnostic tools and repair components.
• Preventive maintenance and routine checks per procedures.
• IMAC/R: install, move, add, change and remove hardware/software.
• Customer training on usage of installed hardware/software.
• Process tasks: update dispatch and provide detailed debriefs.
• Continuous improvement: report problems and suggest fixes.
• Training: participate in hardware/software trainings and certification.
• Administration: manage FCOs and reports accurately.
• Security and safety: maintain vehicle/tools security and comply with laws.
