Job summary

Sorenson Communications, a leader in language services, seeks a dedicated installer/trainer to bring CaptionCall devices to customers’ homes. You will install equipment, train users on features, and promote the service while traveling locally as needed.

The role emphasizes customer care, independence, and flexibility, with occasional evenings/weekends and travel as required. A High School diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading/writing/speaking/listening).
• Willingness to drive and travel as needed.
• Experience serving diverse customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers' homes.
• Train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service to customers.
