Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers' homes.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service and assist with lead generation efforts.
• Complete service calls as assigned and maintain accurate customer records.
• Represent CaptionCall at events and adhere to company policies.
