Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel and drive to customer locations.
- Experience with installing or servicing accessibility devices is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers' homes.
- Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and features.
- Promote the CaptionCall service to customers.
- Assist with lead generation activities as needed.
- Complete service calls and maintain accurate customer records.
- Submit invoices and feedback on customer interactions.
