Job summary

ProMach, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, start-up and train Brenton machines and systems across multiple locations in the United States.

You will provide on-site technical service and work closely with customers to ensure machines perform reliably. The role requires mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, PLC and HMI editing, and familiarity with Rockwell PLCs and Fanuc robots, with 2–4 years field experience.

Qualifications

• Technically competent, mechanically and electrically.
• Ability to edit PLC and HMI programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist customer personnel in installation, start-up and training of Brenton machines and systems.
• Provide technical service support to customers when machines are not performing.
• Update Engineering Department with changes made to machines in the field.
• Be part of final checkout of machines to ensure readiness for shipment.
