Job summary

ProMach is seeking an Assembly/Service Technician for its Field Service team. The role focuses on electro-mechanical assembly, testing, debugging, and on-site service across ProMach equipment models.

The position is hybrid, involving both field and assembly work, with travel up to 50% internationally and domestically. Associates/technical schooling preferred; strong electrical/mechanical knowledge required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or technical schooling in electro-mechanical trades.
• Experience assembling and troubleshooting light industrial equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair or install electro-mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions from manuals and schematics.
• Assist engineers with debugging and evaluating new technologies.
• Perform Pre-FAT and FAT activities and document results.
• Provide field service support and maintain records of service calls.
