Motorola Solutions is seeking a remote IT/Field Service Technician with 2+ years in IT, networking, and radio frequency. You will upgrade and troubleshoot ASTRO systems, administer Active Directory, and support security-related configurations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in IT, networking, technician, field service, system technician/specialist, radio frequency, or land mobile radio

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote upgrades and troubleshooting of Motorola ASTRO systems
• Basic knowledge in networking, Cyber Security principles, Active Directory Administration, and LMR Communications
• Advanced knowledge of ASTRO core applications such as UNC, PM, UEM, ESXi, IMW, KMF, HBSS, and PKI
• Must be willing to obtain CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification within 12 months
• Travel internationally and domestically up to 75% - 80% of the time
