MITER Brands seeks a Field Service Technician II to perform warranty and non-warranty repairs in customers' homes within the Sacramento metro area. The role requires travel, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to diagnose issues with window and door products.

You will document work thoroughly and coordinate parts while delivering excellent customer service. The position emphasizes safety, timely service, and professional communication with homeowners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of window and door installation, repair, or service experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and climb ladders up to 40 feet.

Responsibilities

• Perform Field Service Repairs in customers' homes.
• Complete warranty and non-warranty service repairs.
• Travel throughout the Sacramento metro area for service calls.
• Document work orders accurately and thoroughly.
• Coordinate parts and materials for repairs.
• Maintain safe work practices and use PPE.
