Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair window and door concerns at customer sites in the Phoenix area. Travel to homes, job sites, and commercial locations is required, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will use handheld devices and company software to document service activity, and collaborate with teammates on larger projects while maintaining a clean and safe work site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of window and door servicing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Customer-facing experience with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer homes, job sites and commercial locations to diagnose and resolve product concerns.
• Troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and service windows, doors, hardware and related components.
• Document service calls, observations and outcomes using mobile devices and service software.
• Submit accurate and timely service reports and ensure sites are left clean.
• Collaborate with other field technicians on larger projects and complex service situations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
