MITER Brands is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair and service window and door products at customer locations. You will travel to homes, job sites and commercial locations, documenting all actions with mobile tools and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires 3+ years of servicing experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver’s license. OT may be required during peak periods; full-time on-site position with a competitive pay rate.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of window and door servicing experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve window/door product concerns at customer homes and job sites.
• Perform service calls and repairs with quality and safety in mind.
• Document service activities using mobile devices and service software.
• Maintain inventory in service vehicles and warehouses.
• Collaborate with other technicians on larger projects.
