Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Contract Administrator II in Rochester, NY. The role focuses on hands-on repair, installation, and maintenance of office technology, including printers, copiers, and MPS environments, while supporting customers across assigned territories.

You will troubleshoot, train users, perform installations and upgrades, and ensure safety policies are followed. A proactive approach and ability to guide junior technicians are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment or related systems.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro-mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use a personal vehicle for company business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training and rebuild components in the shop as needed.
• Document service activities accurately and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance to less experienced technicians to support first-call efficiency.
