Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician II in East Syracuse, NY to service printers, copiers, and office technology at customer sites. You will troubleshoot, install, upgrade, and train customers while maintaining a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of technical repair, service, installation, training, or support experience with copier/office equipment or related tech.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro-mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and office tech at customer sites.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority and manage your schedule.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment; perform preventative maintenance.
• Document service activities and follow safety policies.
