Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is a leader in digital office technology and services. In this role you will repair and maintain printers, copiers, and related equipment at customer sites in the Buffalo area, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

You will diagnose issues, perform upgrades and installations, document activities, and coach less experienced technicians. A valid driver's license and 3+ years in field service are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment or related technology.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro‑mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and office tech at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority and manage schedule.

Skills

Technical repair experience

Intermediate computer skills

Physical ability to lift 50 lbs
