Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Field Service Technician II to maintain, repair, and upgrade office technology at customer sites within the assigned territory. You will diagnose issues, perform installations, and keep printers, copiers, and related devices running at peak performance.

You’ll join a hands-on team that values continuous learning, customer collaboration, and safe, efficient service delivery while building expertise across leading office technology

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment or similar devices.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro‑mechanical aptitude are required.
• Valid driver’s license and driving in assigned territory are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, and modifications.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment; perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required training and document service activities; follow safety policies.
