Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician II to service customers in the Pottstown, PA area. You will troubleshoot, install, upgrade, and repair multifunction printers, copiers, and related office technology at customer sites, helping keep business-critical equipment running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro-mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform frequent bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy for positions requiring the use of a personal vehicle for company business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations
• Provide product training and support to customers
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures
