Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician II in New York, NY. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, install and upgrade printers, copiers, and MPS environments at customer sites to keep critical office technology running smoothly.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment.
• Intermediate computer skills and strong electro-mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform frequent bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations
• Provide product training and support to customers
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures
