Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician II in Hickory, NC to support customers across your territory. You will troubleshoot, service and repair printers, copiers, and related office technology in live environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical repair, service, installation, or support of copier and office equipment.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro-mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and frequent bending/reaching.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations
• Provide product training and support to customers
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures
