Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in technical repair, service, or installation of copier/office equipment (preferred).
• Experience with Photo ID systems/software, printers, ID Badge, or Fingerprint equipment is a plus.
• Advanced education or certifications can count toward experience.
• Intermediate computer skills and good electro-mechanical aptitude are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide printer and copier maintenance, service, and repairs to customers.
• Deliver product training efficiently and effectively.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations and upgrades.
• Make modifications, remove old units, and retrofit existing hardware.
• Complete field calls by priority while managing time effectively.
• Continuously enhance technical skills for field assignments.
• Rebuild components at the shop.
