Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician 1 in Rochester, NY to service printers, copiers, and office technology across an assigned territory. You’ll troubleshoot, install, and upgrade devices, and document service activities for customers.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment.
• Experience with document management systems, MFPs, print devices, or fingerprint equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Document service activities and follow safety policies.
