Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions in Greenville, SC is seeking a Field Service Technician II to service and repair office technology at customer sites. You will troubleshoot and repair printers and copiers, install upgrades, and support customers across the territory.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, completing service calls, maintaining inventory, and documenting activities while adhering to safety policies. This hands-on role offers growth within a global technology organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of technical repair/installation/training experience on copier and office equipment.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro‑mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver's license per Toshiba policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed.
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures.
