Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician II to support customers in Columbia, SC. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, install, and upgrade office technology, keeping printers, copiers, and MPS environments running smoothly.

We value hands-on work, continual learning, and direct customer interaction, with opportunities to broaden expertise across industry-leading print solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform bending, lifting, and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed.
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures.
