Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a field service technician to support customers in Greensboro, NC by maintaining, repairing, and upgrading printers, copiers, and related office technology at customer sites.

You will train customers, install upgrades, and diagnose issues while documenting service activities and following safety policies. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment or related systems.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro-mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed.
