Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician II in Greensboro, NC. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, and upgrade office technology at customer sites, ensuring printers and copiers stay reliable and productive.

In this role you’ll train customers, manage service calls, and perform shop rebuilds when needed, with safety and documentation as priorities. This position offers hands-on growth within a global technology organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3+ years in technical repair, installation or support of office equipment.
• Basic computer skills and electro-mechanical aptitude expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed.
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures.
