Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier/office equipment or related tech.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro‑mechanical aptitude expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, and modifications.
• Complete service calls based on priority and manage your schedule.
