Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician II to service printers, copiers, and related office technology in Wilmington, NC. Join a global technology leader and contribute to keeping business-critical equipment up and running.

You will troubleshoot, install, upgrade, and retrofit equipment, while documenting service activities and adhering to safety policies. A valid driver’s license and mechanical aptitude are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro-mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform frequent bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed.
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures.
