Job summary

NCR Atleos in Roanoke, VA is seeking Field Service Technicians who are technically curious, mechanically inclined, and customer focused. You will install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems, diagnose issues, and coordinate with customers to find timely solutions.

The role includes training, hands-on and virtual, with growth opportunities, travel as needed, and a benefits package including medical, dental, life, and a 401k.

Qualifications

• One or more years of related experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards.
