Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems in Roanoke, VA. This role includes formal training and opportunities to grow within a global service network.

Local candidates with 1+ year of relevant experience and a valid US driver’s license are encouraged to apply. Occasional overnight travel may be required to cover broader service territory, with company support and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• 1+ year of related experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR Atleos requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and OS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
