NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II for the Roanoke, VA area. You will perform installations, maintenance, and service calls on electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within your territory.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting hardware, software, and network configurations, with on-going training and career growth in a global services organization. Local candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
