Job summary

NCR Atleos in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Field Service Technician II to perform installations, maintenance, and service calls on electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.

You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, travel as needed, participate in training programs, and uphold NCR Atleos safety, timekeeping, and customer service standards while delivering reliable, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• One year or more of related experience.
• Local candidate to Roanoke, VA area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting fleet requirements.
• Ability to perform essential job functions including travel and rotating shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in varied physical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues and communicate resolutions.
• Participate in training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including timekeeping and safety standards.
• May be reassigned to adjacent territories and travel as needed.
