Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems across a defined territory. Training is provided to grow technical and customer-service skills.

The role requires local residency in the U.S., 1+ years of related experience, a valid driver''s license, PC and basic electronic skills, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver''s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements.
• Perform other related duties consistent with qualifications and business needs.
