Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, maintain and repair electromechanical equipment such as ATMs across an assigned territory in Roanoke, VA. You will diagnose issues, service both hardware and software, and participate in training programs to advance your skills in a fast-paced field service role.

Qualifications

• PC skills, basic electronic skills and operating system familiarity.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with travel and physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• May elect to participate in overnight travel assignments to support broader service coverage.
