Job summary

The ICEE Company is seeking a Service Technician to service ICEE and restaurant equipment, including beverage dispensers, ice machines, and related systems. You’ll work with minimal supervision and attend weekly center meetings, with a provided company vehicle, tools, and communication gear.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a strong mechanical background, a valid REAL ID, and the ability to drive 40% of the time. Steel-toed shoes are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Graduate of Technical or Vocational school, preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid REAL ID Driver’s License.
• Willing and able to drive more than 40% of the time.
• Must have and wear steel-toed shoes.

Responsibilities

• Service ICEE and restaurant equipment including dispensers, fountain systems, ice makers, and juice dispensers.
• Respond to dispatched service calls with ETA and communicate updates to customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and complete repairs.
• Maintain inventory and upkeep of equipment, parts, and company vehicle.
• Document work performed and close out activities; communicate with supervisors and customers.
• Assist with general warehouse duties including cleaning, organizing, and shipping/receiving.
