Job summary

ICEE is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair beverage equipment across our network. You will receive a company vehicle, tools, and support to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and service ice machines and dispensers.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, technical training preferred, valid REAL ID, and be willing to travel up to 40% of the time, with steel-toed shoes. Competitive pay and benefits accompany successful employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Technical or vocational training preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid REAL ID Driver’s License.
• Willing and able to drive more than 40% of the time.
• Steel-toed shoes required.

Responsibilities

• Trained and certified in preventive maintenance and installations.
• Receives dispatched service calls and meets ETA.
• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs; checks syrup levels and cleanliness.
• Maintains inventory and company vehicle upkeep.
• Documents work performed and closes out activities.
• Communicates with customers and coworkers clearly.
• Performs warehouse duties including shipping/receiving.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
