Job summary

The ICEE Company is seeking a Service Technician to service all ICEE and restaurant equipment, including fountain beverage systems and ice makers. You’ll work with minimal supervision, attend weekly service-center meetings, and receive a company vehicle, tools, cell phone, tablet, and gas card.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining inventory. You’ll document work and maintain strong communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of Technical or Vocational school, preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid REAL ID Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Receives dispatched service calls and ensures prompt response (ETA).
• Performs preventative maintenance and diagnoses service problems and repairs.
• Maintains inventory and equipment/tools including company vehicle.
• Documents work performed and closes out activities.
• Communicates clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Performs general warehouse duties as assigned.
