Job summary

The ICEE Company is seeking Service Technicians to service all ICEE and restaurant equipment, including beverage dispensers and ice machines. You will travel with a company vehicle, be part of weekly service-center meetings, and work with minimal supervision.

Training is provided, with opportunities for development and a comprehensive benefits package. Pay starts at $22/hour and varies with experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical background recommended.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills expected.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and installations.
• Respond to dispatched service calls promptly (ETA awareness).
• Diagnose service problems and complete repairs; check syrup levels and cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools; manage company vehicle.
• Document work performed and close out activities; communicate with customers.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned.
